Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed intake assessments to understand clients' mental health history and needs, while establishing a therapeutic rapport.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a counselor at Elysian Fields, you will work with a diverse array of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, each facing unique emotional challenges. Your role will be vital in helping clients navigate issues such as trauma recovery, relationship dynamics, and mental health disorders while fostering resilience and a path to recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree from an accredited institution in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• Active state licensing or certification as LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW is mandatory.
\n
• A minimum of two years of direct experience providing mental health services to individuals experiencing emotional challenges.
\n
• Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build rapport quickly with clients.

• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems, while not required, is a plus.

Preferred Experience\n

• A background in crisis intervention and group facilitation will be beneficial.

• Annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 , commensurate with experience and hours worked.
