Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual counseling sessions via video chat, focusing on improving clients’ mental health and emotional well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse range of clients seeking support for various mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Mental health professionals must hold an active, independent license, including: \n

  • Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)

  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• No provisional licenses or candidates with disciplinary actions will be considered.

• Must provide the license type and issuing state upon application.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers an attractive annual salary in the range of USD 120,000 to 140,000 based on hours worked and caseload complexity. In addition, new counselors will receive a sign-on bonus of $3,000. Other benefits include:
