The secondaries book manages over $8 billion.**Role Overview**This Associate role supports all aspects of secondary transaction evaluation and execution.**Key Responsibilities**- Evaluate LP-led and GP-led secondary opportunities- Conduct quantitative and qualitative due diligence- Build valuation and pricing models- Prepare investment committee materials- Monitor existing secondary positions**Requirements**- Prior experience in private equity, investment banking, or related field- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills- Interest in private markets investing**Firm Culture**Adams Street was named one of Pension & Investments Best Places to Work in Money Management for 8 consecutive years.Apply for this Position
