Sobre el puesto
Buscamos un(a) Operador Lder de Repostaje de Aeronaves para unirse a nuestro equipo en el aeropuerto de San Juan. Este rol es clave para garantizar el abastecimiento seguro, puntual y eficiente de combustible a las aeronaves, siguiendo los ms altos estndares de seguridad y servicio.
Este puesto es ideal para personas con experiencia en operacin de vehculos pesados, que disfrutan trabajar en un entorno dinmico y enfocado en seguridad.
Responsabilidades principales
- Realizar el abastecimiento y desabastecimiento de combustible a aeronaves de forma segura y eficiente
- Operar y mantener equipos de repostaje en ptimas condiciones
- Cumplir con todos los procedimientos de seguridad, calidad y medio ambiente (HSSE)
- Monitorear niveles de combustible en camiones y tanques, reportando cualquier discrepancia
- Completar documentacin, registros y transacciones de manera precisa
- Responder a emergencias, incluyendo derrames de combustible, siguiendo protocolos establecidos
- Colaborar con el equipo para garantizar operaciones puntuales y seguras
- Servir como punto de contacto para clientes, manteniendo un alto nivel de servicio
- Apoyar en la coordinacin de operaciones durante el turno cuando sea necesario
Requisitos
- Licencia de conducir comercial vlida (CDL) o equivalente en Puerto Rico
- Mnimo 2 aos de experiencia manejando vehculos pesados
- Disponibilidad para trabajar turnos rotativos, horas extras y fines de semana
- Capacidad para aprobar verificacin de antecedentes requerida por el aeropuerto
- Vivir a menos de 45 minutos del aeropuerto (requisito clave)
Experiencia deseada
- Experiencia en camiones cisterna de combustible
- Experiencia en repostaje de aeronaves o industria de aviacin
- Conocimiento bsico de mantenimiento de equipos
- Nivel intermedio de ingls (capaz de entender instrucciones y comunicarse en entorno de trabajo)
