Front Desk Manager on Duty, Woodbury (Long Island)

Equinox is seeking a Front Desk Manager on Duty to join our team at our Woodbury club in Long Island NY.

This is a perfect position for a candidate looking to make a significant impact in a growing and dynamic organization. Responsibilities include:

• Provide the highest level of customer service to members prospective members and guests
• Ability to coach and lead a team
• Assist Front Desk Manager in hiring training and supervising staff
• Professionally greet members and guests
• Scan membership IDs
• Answer phones
• Update members accounts
• Maintain an orderly lobby area
• Availability to work flexible hours including opening shifts and weekends

Pay Transparency: $18.00/hour

Qualifications :

To perform this job successfully an individual should meet the following minimum requirements and qualifications: 

• Previous experience in customer service
• Reliable professional computer literate energetic and friendly
• Interested in health fitness and/or sports
