We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and dependable bilingual team member to join our fast-paced insurance office. This is an entry-level position focused on customer service, front desk support, and administrative duties. No insurance experience is required, and we are willing to train the right person. There is also opportunity for growth and future insurance licensing for someone interested in advancing within the agency.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in person
• Answer incoming calls and direct calls to the appropriate agent
• Assist customers in both English and Spanish
• Take payments and assist with basic account requests
• Gather information for policy changes and customer questions
• Schedule appointments and follow up with customers
• Make outbound customer service and marketing calls
• Assist with mail, scanning, documents, and general office organization
• Help manage walk-in traffic and daily front desk operations
• Provide administrative support to licensed agents.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Excellent people and customer service skills
• Friendly, professional, energetic, and comfortable talking with customers
• Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems
• Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced office
• Dependable and willing to learn
• Comfortable making outbound phone calls
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Previous customer service or office experience is preferred but not required
