Trauma Sales Representative - Sioux City, IA

Field-based trauma sales representative role at Stryker focused on selling trauma products to surgeons and healthcare facilities in the Sioux City area. Position requires on-call availability including nights, weekends, and holidays to support emergency cases, with approximately 30% travel.

Responsibilities

• Sell Stryker trauma products and solutions to surgeons and healthcare professionals
• Develop and maintain product inventory while providing immediate customer support
• Educate customers on Stryker products and competitive offerings through training and consultation
• Attend sales meetings and professional association meetings outside regular hours
• Manage emergency room and operating room consultations to address clinical needs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years clinical healthcare or sales experience
• 3+ years sales experience preferred
• Knowledge of sales principles, product demonstration, and sales techniques
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency with MS Office and databases
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with surgeons and hospitals
• Comfort working in operating rooms and emergency room environments
• Compliance adherence and ethical conduct standards
