Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans, including pre-crisis and crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, and risk assessments.

• Document client interactions and treatment processes in compliance with regulatory requirements to ensure the highest standards of care.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based assessment tools to inform treatment strategies and evaluate client progress.
\n
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement positive behavior support plans, enhancing client engagement and outcomes.

• Serve as a liaison to various service systems, agencies, and community partners to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
\n
• Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring that all practices meet established quality standards.
\n
• Engage with local, state, federal, and private organizations to promote programs, cultivate partnerships, and explore funding opportunities.

• Attend conferences and training sessions to continue professional growth and represent Pavilion Counseling Services actively at relevant meetings.

• Promote and embody the principles and values of the organization within daily practice.
\n
• Other duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support team objectives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with diverse populations, including individuals facing mental health challenges, those in recovery from substance use disorders, and clients with developmental disabilities or acquired brain injuries. The focus is on fostering resilience, enhancing coping strategies, and supporting clients through structured therapeutic interventions tailored to their unique circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health or a closely related field is required.

• An Independent LMHC License is mandatory; candidates currently licensed in another state will receive financial support for obtaining licensure in Washington.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience in outpatient counseling or a similar therapeutic setting is preferred.

• Familiarity with various treatment modalities and evidence-based practices in mental health counseling is advantageous.
