Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources that inform personalized treatment.

• Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-informed care.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary treatment teams, adapting interventions based on ongoing client assessments and feedback.

• Develop detailed and personalized treatment plans with measurable goals, facilitating client engagement in their recovery.

• Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducational workshops, and support groups, enhancing the therapeutic experience through shared insights and peer support.

• Perform crisis intervention and conduct risk assessments when necessary to ensure client safety and effective response to urgent needs.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Illinois.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this role is $80,000 to $100,000 annually, with performance-based bonuses available.
