Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations, utilizing a range of methodologies to formulate individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.

• Engage in individual, group, family, and couples therapy, leveraging evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive, holistic care for clients, facilitating referrals and resources as necessary to support their journey.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor with Safe Talk Counseling, you will work with a diverse range of clients who may be grappling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and various other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Possession of active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably within a clinical setting.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards governing mental health practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n
