Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers via phone and online inquiries
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate flooring products
• Build trust and  close sales efficiently
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the buying process
• Track and manage leads using CRM software
• Collaborate with management to meet and exceed sales goals

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of phone sales experience (required)
• Proven ability to close sales and meet targets
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Proficient in basic computer applications and CRM systems
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• No flooring experience needed
• Basic math skills
