You’ll help guide resident care, support and develop caregiving staff, and partner with residents, families, and healthcare providers to promote positive outcomes and quality of life. How You’ll Make An Impact Lead Resident Care Conduct resident assessments and develop individualized service plans based on resident needs, preferences, and goals. Monitor changes in resident health status and ensure timely follow-up on clinical concerns and physician recommendations. Maintain accurate resident assessments, service plans, nursing documentation, and clinical records. Partner with residents, families, physicians, pharmacies, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care and support positive outcomes. Provide medication administration or direct resident care when needed to support resident needs and staffing. Support and Develop Your Team Provide RN delegation, supervision, coaching, and education to Resident Services Assistants and Medication Administration Assistants. Conduct staff observations, competency reviews, performance discussions, and corrective action when appropriate. Assist with interviewing, onboarding, orientation, and training of new caregiving team members. Promote best practices in dementia care through ongoing education, guidance, and staff development. Serve as a clinical resource and trusted partner to caregiving staff. Promote Quality and Clinical Excellence Help ensure compliance with Wisconsin DHS regulations, nursing standards, and Attic Angel guidelines. Support infection prevention and control practices throughout the community. Respond appropriately to incidents, clinical concerns, changes in condition, and reportable events. Participate in emergency preparedness activities, fire drills, and other regulatory requirements. Contribute to quality improvement efforts that strengthen resident care, safety, and quality of life. Foster positive relationships with residents, families, team members, volunteers, and community partners. What You’ll Bring Current Wisconsin Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing. Experience in senior living, assisted living, memory care, long-term care, or a related healthcare environment. Previous leadership, supervisory, or team mentoring experience preferred. Knowledge of dementia care and a passion for serving older adults. Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across departments. Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities. Knowledge of Wisconsin CBRF and RCAC regulations preferred. Schedule Full-time, 40 hours per week Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–4:30 PM Participate in an on-call rotation approximately once every eight weeks, including weekend coverage during your assigned rotation.
