What will you be doing? Responsible for enabling, activating, and supporting the WWT field sellers to drive accelerated market adoption for Rubrik. Candidate will have both a business background that enables engagement at various levels of an organization, as well as a sales background that enables management of joint GTM efforts and easily interacts with enterprise customers. Responsibilities Play a key cross-functional role in the creation of new security campaigns aroundgrowing Rubrikbusiness. DeliverRubrik-centric messaging across the global field organization to drive opportunities. Work with multiple sales and technical teams within both WWT andRubrik to define and execute joint technology,marketingand sales initiatives. Engage field sales organizations,establishinterlocks with WWT sales teams tocreateand drive revenue opportunities. Execute onactivity targets and work with WWT sales organizations to achieve/exceed goals. Create and execute the team's business plan with key internal stakeholders (e.g., serviceteamsetc.) Identifyjoint customer segments and industry verticals toapproach witha joint value proposition for using WWT. Ensure that WWT isRubrik’s preferred partnerin each topic area. Develop and manage internal enablement calendar for educating account teams. Coordinate resources topresent onrelevant topics and enable sales teams to hunt for opportunities. Prepare and give business reviews to the senior management team. Qualifications Ideally, the candidate shouldhave at3-7 years of applicable industry experience in a Cyber sales role. This candidate should have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about business outcomes, product, and technical challenges, as well as build and convey compelling value propositions in a simplified manner. Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $90,000.00 to $100,000.00 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, thatisnot included in thebasepay.
