She Wolf Bakery

She Wolf Bakery is seeking a full time Operations Coordinator/Supervisor to join our team.

The primary function of this position is to organize, expedite, and pack all daily bread orders in our Brooklyn Navy Yard bakery for distribution to our Greenmarket locations and wholesale customers throughout New York City. The schedule is Wednesday to Sunday, 4am - 12:30pm.

Successful candidates will:

Have 1+ year in an operations position ( expediting experience a plus!)
Be extremely detailed-oriented and able to manage complex organizational challenges in a very fast-paced, time-constrained environment
Be reliable, focused, organized, communicative, and curious
Have a receptive and charitable attitude toward constructive feedback
Be interested in working collaboratively towards meeting the goals of the team and the business

While performing the duties of the job, the Operations Coordinator/Supervisor is regularly required to stand and walk; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear; climb, balance, stoop, kneel, and crouch. They must regularly lift and/or move 50 pounds.
