Coordinator III
$24.43 per hourRole Overview We are seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented Coordinator to support facilities trade operations (such as general carpentry) for retail locations. This hybrid administrative role requires a candidate who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, seamlessly pivot between shifting priorities, and investigate data with a curious mindset. Full training is provided. Key Responsibilities Coordinate with service providers, review proposals, and conduct vendor business reviews. Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Service Level Adjustments (SLAs), and aging work orders to ensure operational standards are met. Monitor vendor compliance, track violations, and support audit activities across multiple retail sites. Execute daily administrative tasks, manage concurrent projects, and generate highly accurate recurring reports. Required Qualifications & Skills High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred. 2+ years of experience in vendor/program management, ideally within facilities, property, or retail trades. Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot tables, data formatting, and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP. 2+ years of analytical reporting experience with a ability to measure KPIs and manage large datasets. 3+ years of proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite. salary: $24.43 - $24.44 per hour

Work Order Management: Actively track, report, and manage aging work orders (WOs) to ensure timely completion.
Compliance & Violation Monitoring: Oversee compliance activities, support audits, and track vendor violations across multiple retail sites.
Administrative Tracking: Execute daily administrative duties, manage multiple ongoing projects, and oversee specialized tasks such as mail sorting and tracking. Skills
