Proposal Manager

We are looking for experienced Proposal Manager to join our talented and innovative team to accelerate our growth. Responsibilities Analyze Request for Proposal (RFP) to identify requirements for assigned proposal sections Manage and produce marketing deliverables ensuring highest quality and timeliness Develop internal and external presentations and facilitate interview preparation with strategic thought Compose memorandums and consult with individuals who hold leadership positions within the organization Develop/identify win themes for each section Create draft page layout, and mockups for each section Identify and sketch artwork for each section, and create Graphics/Publications to develop final artwork Interview subject matter experts to create draft content for each section Create drafts of each section using Microsoft Word-based proposal template and proposal style guide Prepare drafts for review Incorporate review comments, and prepare final proposal sections Individual must be effective in a highly collaborative and high pace work environment and have leadership skills to be an effective performer and advisor to clients Required Skills Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Journalism, or English. Minimum of three years of Government proposal writing experience APMP-Foundation or higher certification preferred Desired Skills Strong writing and editing skills (including grammar and punctuation) High proficiency in desktop publishing, presentation and other marketing related software, including Adobe Creative Suite Other skills include: Technical Writing, Editing, Proposal Production, Graphic Design, and Proposal Management #J-18808-Ljbffr
