Full-Time | 60,000 - 70,000 Base + Performance Bonuses

ProGuard Roofing is growing, and we're looking for an outgoing, organized, and motivated individual to help expand our business relationships throughout the Phoenix metro area.

\n

This is not a traditional desk-based marketing role. We're looking for someone who enjoys getting out into the community, meeting people, developing partnerships, and creating new business opportunities.

\n

\n

What You'll Be Doing

\n

70% — Grassroots Business Development

\n

\n
• Visiting real estate brokerages, home builders, restoration companies, HVAC companies, property managers, home inspectors, home warranty companies, and related businesses.
\n
• Building and maintaining long-term referral partnerships.
\n
• Attending trade shows, networking events, and industry gatherings.
\n
• Developing a consistent schedule of outreach, meetings, and follow-ups.
\n

\n

20% — Event Planning & Coordination

\n

\n
• Organizing realtor and industry luncheons.
\n
• Planning trade shows, presentations, and networking events.
\n
• Coordinating logistics, invitations, materials, and follow-ups.
\n

\n

10% — Content & Social Media

\n

\n
• Capturing content from events and partnerships.
\n
• Coordinating basic social media activity.
\n
• Helping showcase ProGuard's community involvement.
\n

\n

\n

What We're Looking For

\n

Someone who is confident, personable, highly organized, and capable of turning introductions into lasting business relationships.

\n

Experience in business development, outside sales, relationship management, or event coordination is preferred. Roofing experience is not required.

\n

\n

Compensation & Opportunity

\n

\n
• 60,000–70,000 base salary, depending on experience.
\n
• Performance-based bonus opportunities tied to measurable business results and revenue.
\n
• Full-time W-2 position.
\n
