Location: Midtown Manhattan, New York City

Base Salary: $200,000 - $250,000

Schedule: Hybrid (3 days in office / 2 days remote)

About the Opportunity:

\n

\n

A dynamic and expanding national law firm is seeking an accomplished Senior Manager of Marketing & Business Development to drive strategic growth initiatives, enhance market visibility, and support revenue-generating efforts across the firm. This highly visible leadership role will partner closely with firm management, practice leaders, and attorneys to develop and execute business development strategies that strengthen client relationships and accelerate growth.

Key Responsibilities:

\n

\n

\n
• Lead the development and implementation of firmwide and practice group marketing and business development initiatives.
\n
• Create and oversee high-impact client pitches, RFP responses, proposals, presentations, and other business development materials.
\n
• Collaborate with attorneys on strategic client targeting, cross-selling opportunities, and relationship expansion efforts.
\n
• Manage brand positioning, website content, social media presence, and digital marketing campaigns.
\n
• Coordinate industry rankings, awards submissions, sponsorships, conferences, and client-focused events.
\n
• Track and analyze business development efforts, pipeline activity, and marketing performance metrics.
\n
• Oversee CRM systems, marketing technology platforms, and competitive intelligence resources.
\n
• Identify market trends and growth opportunities to help inform firm strategy and business planning.

Qualifications:

\n

\n

\n
• 7+ years of marketing and business development experience within a law firm or professional services environment.
\n
• Demonstrated success supporting attorney business development efforts and winning new client engagements.
\n
• Exceptional writing, editing, communication, and project management skills.
\n
• Strong experience developing executive-level presentations and client-facing materials.
\n
• Proficiency with CRM platforms, including Salesforce or similar systems.
\n
• Experience utilizing Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and modern digital marketing tools.
\n
• Ability to build credibility with senior leadership and manage multiple high-priority initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
