Window World of Boston is seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone with strong accounting skills who takes pride in accuracy and staying organized.
Responsibilities

• Process and enter vendor invoices
• Verify invoices, purchase orders, and supporting documentation
• Code invoices to the appropriate accounts
• Prepare and process vendor payments
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain accurate accounts payable records
• Communicate with vendors regarding invoices and payments
• Assist with month-end accounting and reporting
• Ensure invoices are processed accurately and on time

Qualifications

• Previous accounts payable or bookkeeping experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication skills
• High school diploma required; accounting or finance education is a plus
