Customer Service Representatives are vital to our mission, taking inbound calls and providing support that strengthens connections between Spectrum and our residential customers. As a Customer Service Rep with a focus on Internet and Voice Repair, you'll provide customer support by phone, troubleshoot internet and phone technical issues, and handle basic billing inquiries and payments. Be prepared to manage tough feedback from clients and convey a strong understanding of Spectrum services.
