About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Growth and New Business Development in the Events sector. This senior leadership role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and leading strategic business development efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for the company's net-new business strategy, working closely with executive leadership and various teams to identify and secure growth opportunities. An entrepreneurial leader with a strong background in experiential marketing, enterprise sales, and consultative client engagement is essential. The role involves leading the agency's growth strategy, owning the net-new business pipeline, and overseeing commercial operations to ensure consistent and profitable revenue growth. Candidates for this role should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in experiential marketing, integrated marketing, or agency environments, with a proven track record in business development and revenue growth. Deep expertise in experiential marketing, events, and integrated campaign ecosystems is required, as is a strong industry network and executive presence. The role demands a strategic, analytical, and operational leader with proficiency in CRM systems and a data-driven approach to commercial operations. Experience in organizational transformation and a familiarity with AI tools and emerging growth technologies are preferred.
