ILS Analyst

Job Description As a key member of the ILS team, you'll focus on sustainment, maintenance planning, and improving operational availability of complex systems. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, program management, and external stakeholders to deliver timely, cost-effective, and high-quality logistics solutions Analyze customer specifications and product designs to develop logistics plans aligned with maintainability and supportability requirements Contribute to proposal development and support customer project pursuits Develop Product Support Analysis (PSA), maintenance plans, and sustainment strategies while ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery of documentation Generate Logistics Management Information supporting provisioning data and Maintenance Task Analysis Manage and support DMSMS (Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages) efforts, including mitigation recommendations Serve as a key contributor to FRACAS by analyzing failure data, identifying root causes, and partnering with engineering on corrective actions Prepare and update contract deliverables in accordance with SOW/SOO requirements Perform Life Cycle Cost (LCC) analyses Develop spare parts support concepts and conduct spares analysis Interface with suppliers/vendors, conducting vendor surveys and supplier health assessments We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
