HR Manager, M&A Integrations POST NUMBER: 187886

Vaco Atlanta is hiring an HR Manager, M&A Integrations to join a growing, acquisition-driven organization in a highly visible HR role focused on M&A integration, project management, and employee experience. You’ll own the HR workstream for acquisitions, partnering across HR, Operations, Benefits, and business leadership to keep integrations organized, compliant, and on track.

Compensation: $110,000 - $120,000 annually

What You’ll Do

• Lead HR integration projects.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, stakeholders, risks, and accountability across multiple workstreams
• Conduct handbook, PTO, job-title, FLSA/compliance, and employee-position alignment analyses
• Oversee benefits mapping, employee communications, I-9 processes, HRIS/ATS transitions, and open enrollment
• Create and improve templates, playbooks, and standardized integration processes
• Lead additional cross-functional HR and organizational projects as needed

What You Bring

• 5 years of strong HR compliance experience
• Proven project management skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to influence stakeholders, drive accountability, and manage competing priorities
• Strong change-management and employee communication skills
• Multi-site/multi-state HR experience
• Ability to travel as integrations require
