HR Manager, M&A Integrations

Vaco Atlanta is working with an Atlanta, GA companyin their search for an HR Project Manager, Mergers & Acquisitions. This is a Permanentopportunity which requires 3 days in-office/week. All candidates to be considered must live in the Atlanta metropolitan area since in-office work is required. Responsibilities Lead project management for HR responsibilities related to acquisition projects, working closely with key stakeholders Coordinate and execute HR projects for company initiatives which will include tracking, status updates and risk mitigation. Determine that responsibilities and tasks are clearly assigned. Manage communications, compliance, timelines and deliverables. Maintain progress and remain vigilant as related to project milestones. Handle project management for multiple projects at one time. Compile details regarding sope, timeline and tasks using project management tools. Requirements At least 3 years of project management experience with HR exposure is REQUIRED Must have project management experience in mergers & acquisitions Must have advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite and SmartSheets Must be extremely organized and detail-oriented Must be able to coordinate multiple stakeholder teams Must be familiar with HR terminology and functions Must possess strong communication skills as well as follow-through Experience as an HR Program Manager, Change Management Consultant, HR Operations Project Lead or a PMO Lead with HR Experience is ideal Compensation & Benefits Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
