We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Scheduler/Project Coordinator. As the voice of our company, you’ll play a key role in creating an exceptional customer experience while supporting our scheduling and administrative processes. What You’ll Do Answer incoming calls and gather information from clients. Complete job intake forms accurately and efficiently. Follow up with customers and ensure all necessary information is obtained. Schedule inspections and projects once information is received. Provide exceptional customer service and address client concerns professionally. Handle customer requests and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members. Maintain accurate records and assist with general office operations. What We’re Looking For Previous experience in a front office, administrative, receptionist, or customer service role. Strong customer service skills and a positive, professional attitude. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively. Problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail. Experience using office equipment such as printers, scanners, and copiers. High School Diploma or equivalent (additional education or certifications are a plus). Why Join Us?
