Landscape Design Scheduler

The Landscape Design/Call Center Representative is anessential part of the landscape division and works with the Manager to scheduleall appointments for landscape designers and help stores schedule gardenconsults. The position also responds to customer inquiries as needed as thecall center representative. Receivecustomer design and garden consultation purchase info from store form or onlineweb form. Withuse of designer schedules, pick designer by areas covered and specific designerschedules in relationship to store the LD is purchased. Assignthe customer date and time, by email or phone contact, with info letter. This is to be done within 48-72 hours. Phone is the preferred method and email asneeded and to follow up. Interactvia email and/or phone with customer replies and follow ups, to achieve a finalconfirmation back and list on master planner as the appointment is confirmed. Fromdesigner personal calendar, knows and maintains installations scheduled, planpresentations, PTO, repair and recovery dates and times. Maintainschedules in each designer's master planner and incorporate the above data toinclude all necessary information on the Outlook calendars used on the designerlaptop and iPhone. Workwith stores to ensure store consultations are scheduled and customers arecontacted with the appointment times for each store's available consultant. Maintainsthe store consultant roster to ensure accuracy in assigning store consultationsand notifying the store of purchase and necessity of the store to schedule. Enterall customer data into Aspire to ensure customer is tracked appropriately. Answer all incoming phone calls to the call center and respondappropriately. Orders bulk material from Southwest Boulder and Whittier FertilizerCompany and tracks SWB purchases. Includes creating the purchase orders. Works with customers to collect final payments and refunds forLandscape designs, extra hours, ProCare, etc. Assists in creating estimates for designers. Accepts other responsibilities as assigned. Education/Experience Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel,Outlook, Word, etc.) (required) Communication: strong written and verbalcommunication (required) Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills,ability to multitask in a challenging environment, and strong attention todetail.
