Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers promptly and professionally, assessing their vehicle service needs
• Explain service recommendations and provide accurate estimates of costs and timeframes
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services
• Maintain clear communication with customers regarding service progress and any additional needs
• Document all customer interactions and service details accurately in the system
• Upsell additional services when appropriate, based on customer needs and vehicle condition
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and follow-up
• Adhere to all safety and operational procedures within the service department

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role within the automotive industry preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to explain technical information clearly and effectively
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Valid driver's license
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

• Listen to customers' and discuss needed service maintenance
• Present multipoint vehicle inspection results to customers.
• Verify warranty, insurance or contract coverage for service
• Calculate and provide customer with an estimate of these expenses for needed services
• Explain process to clients so they understand what to expect and with their automobile service
• Record information gathered from each visit in appropriate database
• Draft order for repair with all information that has been gathered outlined clearly
• Work with supervisors, Technicians and the rest of team to provide a positive and expedient resolution for clients.
