The Role As our Operations Coordinator , you will play a central role in managing and coordinating all active projects across the company. You’ll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day execution of 20+ jobs at a time—scheduling installers, communicating with homeowners, and making sure each project stays on track from start to finish. You’ll serve as the main point of contact for both internal teams and clients, ensuring a seamless experience and timely delivery of every job. You don’t need to have construction experience—but you do need to be highly organized, tech-savvy, and calm under pressure. Key Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day management of 20+ active jobs at any given time Schedule and coordinate installers, ensuring jobs stay on track and on schedule Act as the primary point of contact for homeowners, providing consistent updates and high-level customer service Proactively address issues and delays, working with production and sales teams to resolve them quickly Ensure all jobs are completed on time, within budget, and to company quality standards Maintain detailed documentation and digital records for each project Sales, Operations & Executive Support Assist the leadership team with administrative tasks, reporting, and special projects Support hiring efforts, including coordinating interviews and onboarding new employees Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and increase efficiency across operations Act as a problem solver and strategic support for a fast-moving, high-performing team Coordinate with outside vendors (insurance, legal, tax professionals) as needed What We’re Looking For Technologically Literate – Comfortable using digital tools and learning new systems Financially Literate – Understanding of financial basics, job costing, and payroll Organized & Adaptable – Able to juggle multiple responsibilities and keep things running smoothly Strong Communicator – Can clearly convey information to different teams Self-Starter – Sees what needs doing and gets it done without micromanagement Versatile & Resourceful – Ready to take on a variety of challenges to keep the business moving forward #J-18808-Ljbffr Carbon Remodeling
