Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and screenings to gather comprehensive information about clients' substance use histories and associated mental health concerns.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that not only address addiction but also take into account any underlying mental health issues.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches, ensuring that each session is tailored to the client's unique circumstances.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary treatment team—including medical professionals and case managers—to ensure integrated and holistic care for clients.

• Empower clients' families by providing education and support to enhance their involvement in the recovery process, resulting in stronger support systems for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily support clients battling substance use disorders, often with co-occurring mental health issues such as anxiety or depression. Our client base includes individuals from diverse backgrounds, ages, and socioeconomic statuses, creating a rich and dynamic therapeutic environment. Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Specialized training or experience in addiction counseling is essential for this position.

Preferred Experience\n

Prior experience in a similar outpatient setting is preferred, particularly in roles that emphasize family involvement in treatment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
