Full-Time | Whittier, CA | Enrique Carlos Farmers Insurance Agency

In this role, youll support daily administrative operations, assist with policy servicing, handle client communication by phone and email, maintain organized records, and help with scheduling, data entry, and light underwriting tasks. Ideal candidates have strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills, a positive team-oriented attitude, and experience in customer service or administration (insurance experience is a plus, but not requiredwell train the right person). Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service by answering calls, responding to emails, and assisting clients with policy questions and coverage needs.
- Support policy servicing including processing applications, policy changes, renewals, payments, and basic claims assistance.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional insurance products that benefit the client.
- Manage daily administrative tasks such as scheduling, organized recordkeeping, and general office coordination.
- Perform accurate data entry and assist with light underwriting and compliance documentation while maintaining a professional, welcoming environment.
- Active California Property & Casualty license (or willingness to become licensed we pay for licensing).
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Proven customer service or administrative experience, ideally in an office or client-facing environment.
- Strong organization, multitasking, and time-management skills with high attention to accuracy.
- Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude with the ability to learn insurance products and support upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
