What You ll Do

• Independently perform medical acts within licensure standards in outpatient primary care
• Provide comprehensive medical and nursing care to patients of all ages

• Lead and consult within the care team to optimize patient outcomes
• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
• Educate patients to support informed healthcare decisions
• Maintain a safe, efficient clinical environment
• Support daily operations in a cost-effective manner
• Engage in ongoing professional development and continuing education
• Work within a multidisciplinary medical group that includes family practice, pediatrics, OB/GYN, cardiology, and other specialties

What You Need

• Valid Nurse Practitioner (APRN) license in Vermont
• Minimum 1 year of recent clinical experience
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
• Commitment to high-quality patient care
