The role involves delivering competent patient care, monitoring physiological data, administering prescribed medications, and collaborating with physicians and families to ensure optimal care and discharge planning. Required Qualifications: 1 year of nursing experience. Knowledge of professional nursing theory, practices, techniques, and procedures. Ability to organize, plan, coordinate, and evaluate nursing services. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to respond effectively to cultural and language needs of patients and visitors. Basic computer skills. Preferred Qualifications: None specified.
