Sales Executive- Non-Asset Brokerage

The Sales Executive – Non-Asset Brokerage is responsible for achieving sales goals in a specific geographic territory. Other key responsibilities include: identifying and targeting new customers, implementing vertical market strategies, engaging in community business events, and selling NFI's portfolio of Supply Chain and Non-Asset Brokerage solutions.

This is an on-site position based in Vancouver, Washington.

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to lead regional sales efforts, build meaningful client relationships, and deliver impactful solutions across truckload, intermodal, and brokerage services. You will be empowered to generate revenue, shape the team’s strategy, and make a measurable impact from day one

What You’ll Do:

• Identify, target, and generate new business opportunities across key accounts
• Build relationships and sell directly to senior supply chain and operations executives
• Develop, manage, and close a strong pipeline of sales leads
• Create and deliver compelling customer presentations and solution proposals
• Retain and grow existing customer relationships through strategic account management
• Negotiate contract terms, pricing structures, and service offerings
• Design customized solutions aligned with customer needs and business objectives
• Collaborate closely with Operations and Engineering teams to ensure successful solution design and execution
• Manage administrative responsibilities, including CRM updates, reporting, and sales documentation

What You Bring:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably within supply chain, logistics, or related industries
• Strong ability to influence and build relationships with senior-level stakeholders
• Demonstrated success in developing and closing new business
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

We are excited to share that the base salary range for this position is $70,000-93,000.00, based on the national average for the position. NFI takes into consideration applicants' qualifications, experience, education, and geographic location when determining a starting rate of pay.
