We have an immediate need for a SharePoint Adminstrator for a contract position with potential for contract to hire. This position would be a perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys bringing structure, security, and organization to SharePoint environments while supporting end users across the business.

Overview:

• Administer and maintain SharePoint Online sites and site collections
• Manage user access, permissions, and security groups
• Organize document libraries, folders, and site structures for scalability and ease of use
• Troubleshoot access, permissions, and site issues
• Support site creation, migrations, and ongoing maintenance
• Partner with IT and business teams on security, compliance, and governance initiatives
• Create documentation and provide user support and best practice guidance

Requirements:

• 3+ years of SharePoint administration experience
• Strong understanding of SharePoint permissions, security, and access management
• Experience organizing SharePoint sites, document libraries, and content
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Teams, OneDrive, and Entra ID/Azure AD
• Power Apps is a must 
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Preferred experience:

• PowerShell experience
• Power Automate 
• Knowledge of data governance or compliance practices
• Microsoft 365 or SharePoint certifications
