AssemblerQPS Employment Group has a great Assembler position available at a company in Pleasant Prairie, WI. This is a 1st and 2nd shift position with the opportunity for hire.$18.00-$23.00 per hour5:00am-1:30pm; 1:30pm-12:00amAssembler Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:Reviews job orders (written or verbal).Lays out final assembly components to ensure proper build.Fits structural components to assemblies by building frames (bolted); setting fans, if equipped (bolted—measurements critical); marrying unit (core and tank from Cooling Section to frame and fan assembly); and testing motor/fan (if equipped).Preparing unit for shipping.Inspects product for defects.Cleans and maintains work area (daily).Assembler Requirements:1 year of assembly experience requiredAbility to read and understand job requirements, shop drawings, and blueprints.Ability to measure build tolerances for proper fit and optimum operation.Knowledge of properties of core materials, structural metals and related materials (OJT).About us: QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
