Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health needs, employing evidence-based tools and methodologies to form comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual goals.

• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, groups, and families, applying a range of therapeutic approaches such as CBT, DBT, and mindfulness techniques to effectively address varied mental health issues.

• Engage actively with case managers and psychiatrists to ensure a seamless continuum of care, tailoring services based on client feedback and evolving needs.

• Provide crisis intervention skills to clients experiencing acute distress, implementing de-escalation techniques and emergency planning to assure client safety and well-being.

• Participate in community outreach programs and educational workshops that advocate for mental health awareness and provide resources to the public.

Qualifications\n

• A relevant master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Strong organizational abilities and time-management skills to maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans.
