Technician candidates are highly preferred, especially those who love coaching and mentoring. A passion for creating a positive workplace culture and driving practice growth. A willingness to work "on the floor" as needed (technician or receptionist duties, depending on experience).Your Role & Responsibilities: Oversee the hospital's day-to-day operations, including financial management, budgeting, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Lead and support the technician and receptionist teams, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. Ensure excellent client service and patient care, upholding our practice's reputation in the community.
