Work Environment

This full-time position requires you to work onsite, primarily delivering services in patients' homes. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patients' physical abilities, limitations, and goals, documenting findings meticulously.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans integrating manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and adjunctive modalities.
• Exercise independent clinical judgment to adapt interventions based on patient responses, ensuring optimal treatment outcomes.
• Maintain consistent and supportive communication with patients and their families about progress, challenges, and home exercise programs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and occupational therapists, to provide comprehensive care.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, rehabilitation strategies, and lifestyle modifications that support ongoing wellness.
• Document all patient interactions in compliance with state and federal regulations, ensuring continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work closely with a diverse patient population that includes individuals recovering from surgeries, elderly patients with degenerative conditions, and individuals suffering from sports-related injuries. Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits
