Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute an account and territory strategy for Bay Area startups and emerging technology companies. Identify high-potential startups based on funding, technology development, hiring, product maturity, and expected test and measurement requirements. Establish relationships with founders, CTOs, engineering leaders, hardware teams, and procurement organizations. Develop new accounts from initial engagement through design-in, evaluation, purchase, and expansion. Position Keysight’s portfolio of electronic design and test solutions to address customer development challenges. Partner closely with Industry Solution teams, Solution Engineers, Business Development, Inside Sales, and Keysight channel partners. Engage customers across areas including AI accelerators, high-speed digital, networking, data center, optical communications, photonics, semiconductor, and related technologies. Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and accurately forecast business opportunities. Develop multi-year account strategies for high-growth customers with significant expansion potential. Monitor startup funding, technology trends, competitive activity, and market developments to identify new opportunities. Drive executive-level engagement and develop long-term strategic customer relationships. Collaborate across Keysight organizations to deliver comprehensive solutions and maximize customer value. Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Business, or a related field. Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Demonstrated ability to develop customer relationships and identify business opportunities. Strong interest in technology and the ability to learn complex technical concepts. Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Ability to manage multiple opportunities and prioritize activities based on business impact. Preferred: 2+ years of sales, account management, business development, or technical customer-facing experience. Experience with semiconductor, AI, networking, data center, optical communications, photonics, or electronic test and measurement technologies. Existing relationships within the Bay Area technology ecosystem. Experience working with startups or venture-backed technology companies. Technical degree or engineering background. The level of role will be based on applicable experience, education and skills; Most offers will be between the minimum and the midpoint of the Salary Range listed below.
