Key Responsibilities\n

• Supervise clinical care for patients, ensuring high-quality mental health services are consistently delivered.

• Conduct both individual and group therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of clients, documenting progress and outcomes comprehensively.

• Manage a diverse caseload, adapting therapy approaches based on varying psychological needs to achieve positive outcomes.

• Assess patient and family situations to identify appropriate psychological interventions collaboratively, developing effective resolution plans.

• Utilize advanced clinical skills to address crisis situations, offering timely and appropriate therapeutic interventions.

• Create tailored counseling services, including family and conjoint therapy, while facilitating referrals to specialized professionals when necessary.

• Evaluate mental health needs continuously, adjusting treatment plans to reflect changes in client circumstances and progress.

• Document treatment plans and patient progress rigorously, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and enhancing patient care quality.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 135,000 yearly , based on experience and qualifications. Additionally, counselors will benefit from:

• Flexible working hours, allowing you to choose between 5 to 40 hours per week.

• Additional bonuses up to $2,000 based on state licensure.
