  • Provide clinical supervision and deliver quality care to clients through individual and group therapy sessions.

  • Develop and implement personalized counseling strategies for individuals, couples, and families, ensuring comprehensive support that may include referrals to specialized professionals when necessary.

  • Evaluate the needs of both patients and healthcare providers to create effective plans of action within our primary care unit, as well as conduct ongoing evaluations to adjust treatment plans accordingly.

  • Document strategies, progress summaries, and revisions to treatment plans, ensuring that you proactively support patients and their families with educational resources and support programs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of patients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health conditions. Your clinical insight and empathetic approach will play a critical role in empowering clients to navigate their challenges and achieve their personal goals for mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.

  • Candidates must possess appropriate licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or as a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

Preferred Experience\n

  • A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting is mandatory to ensure a proficient understanding of mental health care practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 135,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Benefits include:
