Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health, enabling accurate clinical diagnoses.

• Utilize various evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), during individual, group, and family therapy sessions.

• Document all client interactions accurately, maintaining confidentiality and adherence to ethical and legal standards through our secure electronic health record system.

• Engage in collaborative discussions with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to establish a holistic care approach for clients.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a valid mental health counseling license (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
