Diagnostic Radiology Technologist - Days

Role Overview Responsible for performing standardized radiographic and fluoroscopic examinations, operating imaging equipment, and maintaining accurate records. Key Duties Perform radiological procedures with proper patient positioning and exposure techniques. Operate all modality equipment proficiently. Set up immobilization and radiation protective devices. Assess patient body size, condition, and suspected pathology to ensure accurate examinations. Assist physicians during procedures. Report equipment malfunctions and coordinate repairs. Maintain detailed records and participate in Quality Assurance/Quality Control activities. Contribute to educational training of students. Qualifications & Skills Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Radiologic Technology. Strong knowledge of radiographic procedures, equipment operation, patient care, and safety protocols. Ability to work in a clinical environment with attention to detail and teamwork. This role may be considered for higher levels based on skills and experience.
