Diagnostic Radiology Technologist - Weekender

Role Overview Responsible for performing standardized radiographic and fluoroscopic examinations, operating imaging equipment, and maintaining accurate records. Key Responsibilities Perform radiological procedures with proper patient positioning, identification, and exposure techniques. Operate all modality‑specific equipment proficiently. Set up and adjust immobilization and radiation protective devices. Analyze patient characteristics such as body size, age, and suspected pathology to ensure optimal imaging. Assist physicians during various procedures. Report equipment malfunctions and coordinate repairs or adjustments. Maintain detailed records and documentation. Participate in quality assurance and control activities. Contribute to the educational training of students. Qualifications & Skills Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Radiologic Technology. Must have knowledge of equipment operation, patient safety, and radiographic techniques.
