Manage Shareholder order placement and processing. Conduct routine Shareholder and Customer status check‑ups to ensure service standards are maintained. Ensure Shareholder Service remains a focus and cornerstone of Product Supply. What You’ll Do Lead, coach, and develop the Shareholder and Customer Service teams Partner cross‑functionally to deliver exceptional shareholder and customer service Oversee shareholder order processing, fulfillment, and support of production and distribution Serve as a primary point of contact for shareholders, proactively addressing needs and resolving issues Create and deliver regular and urgent written communications to shareholders Track, report, and present key performance metrics to leadership Conduct performance evaluations and manage timekeeping and administrative tasks Identify and implement tools and processes to improve service efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with HR on staffing, training, and development initiatives. Promote company values, leadership growth, and a continuous improvement culture. What You’ll Bring 5+ years of customer service experience, including people leadership Strong written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional ability to produce written communication for distribution Experience working with ERP systems (JD Edwards or similar preferred) Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint) Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills Self‑motivated leader who can set direction and drive results Bachelor’s or Two‑year degree in supply chain, Communications, English, or a related field preferred Wis‑Pak/WP Beverage is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
