• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding their security systems
• Provide exceptional customer service over the phone and email
• Troubleshoot alarm system issues and assist customers with basic system functions
• Coordinate and schedule service technicians when onsite support is needed
• Manage service requests and follow up to ensure timely resolution
• Work closely with technicians and internal teams to deliver a "white glove" customer experience

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Experience handling customer inquiries and resolving issues

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bedford, OH.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
