Claims Support Professional - Bilingual English/Spanish

Job Title

Location: Plantation, FL

Salary Range: $44,000 to 46,000 annually (DOE).

Work hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM M-F & rotating Saturdays 9:00 AM 1:00 PM

What You Will Do:

• Provide professional support to customers and claimants in a fast-paced, phone-heavy environment.
• Accurately document notes and information in company systems.
• Complete time-sensitive clerical and administrative tasks accurately and on schedule.
• Prepare written correspondence and process payments, letters, reports, and other documentation.
• Provide administrative support to an assigned group of adjusters or underwriters.
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
• High school degree; some college or a college degree preferred.
• At least one year of experience in a high-volume or high-demand customer service role (e.g., call center, food service, or similar).
• Ability to multi-task and give attention to detail.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, phone-heavy environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Curiosity (e.g., identifying oddities and asking follow-up questions to explore them).
• Commitment to learning (e.g., listening to and acting on feedback).
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Proficiency with software programs such as Word and Excel.
• Excellent communication skills (speaking and writing).
