Engagement Lead/ Program Manager

Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead enterprise data initiatives with a focus on Enterprise Data Architecture and Data Modelling. The ideal candidate will have strong program management experience, a solid understanding of enterprise data architecture, and domain expertise in the insurance industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage enterprise data and transformation programs from planning through execution.
- Coordinate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure successful program delivery.
- Drive initiatives related to enterprise data architecture, data modeling, and governance.
- Monitor project timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Ensure alignment of data initiatives with business objectives and enterprise architecture standards.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Program Management with large-scale enterprise initiatives.
- Good understanding of Enterprise Data Architecture and Data Modeling concepts.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
