Details for MIG Welder Position:

• $19-20.50 / Hour (Based on Shift)
• Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Job Duties for MIG Welder Position:

• Pull, fit, and MIG weld parts according to prints and specifications
• Set up and operate MIG welding equipment, including adjusting voltage, wire feed, and gas flow
• Inspect welds for quality, strength, and conformance to specifications
• Clean and prepare materials before and after welding
• Label finished products accurately
• Follow basic processes, safety standards, and work instructions
• Maintain welding equipment and work area cleanliness
• Follow all policies, guidelines, and safety procedures in place
• Completes any other related tasks as needed

Job Requirements and Desired Skills for MIG Welder Position:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• MIG welding experience preferred, semi-automatic experience a plus
• One year of welding experience or completion of welding classes preferred
• Ability to pass welder qualification test
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Ability to learn company products and processes
• Commitment to quality, safety, environmental standards, and company policies
