Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, establishing strong rapport and maintaining professional boundaries to foster trust and therapeutic growth.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients, evaluating their progress, discussing coping strategies, and addressing any barriers they may face.

• Develop and implement person-centered treatment plans, tailoring interventions based on individual client needs while ensuring treatment goals are met.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including progress notes and treatment progress, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical guidelines.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to understand new client needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and other healthcare providers, to create comprehensive care plans.

• Participate in individual supervision and regularly review clinical practice for personal and professional growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.

• Current and unrestricted Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential.

• A minimum of two years of post-graduate experience in an outpatient clinical setting.

• Competence with technology, including familiarity with Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY systems.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families in an outpatient setting.

• Comfort and proficiency in conducting intake assessments and formulating treatment plans.
